Used Dean and his team to supply and fit a mix of vinyl and carpet to our dementia care home a few years ago. As we have made alterations Dean has been brilliant at understanding what a very difficult environment this is to work.

He has been great at suggesting the correct products for designated areas and planned effective work schedules to minimise disruption.

His fitters are fantastic. No fuss, no mess just get on and get the job done. In fact Hi-Spec do such a great job I have had them to do a total re-fit in my own home too!

We recently carried construction for Kent & Fire Rescue by way of building their new fire station in Medway, Kent.

The contract value was in excess of £36K and comprised of a total area of 900m2 of construction. The build included new office space, leisure area and gym, along with a kitchen and shower areas.

The flooring works varied between vinyl coverings to wet and communal areas and carpet tiles to office and recreational areas. These works were delivered by Hi-Spec to a very high and professional standard.

The contractor finished works within programme and there was no snagging issues identified by either the main contractor or client.

Their engineers have always been clean, tidy and professional.

A recent job was a classroom that needed vinyl renewing.

Cost of works £1,998.00

Dean Finch (Director) arranged with the instructors the best time to avoid disturbing other classrooms and went out of his way to minimise the classroom being taken out of action for too long. The engineers arrived on the date and time booked and completed the works to a high standard. Once finished the engineers arranged for me to inspect the vinyl to make sure I was happy with their work before they left.

I gave them positive feedback as they had cleaned the corridor as well because of their footprints. This to me is why we use Hi-spec as our flooring contractor. They know our site and what is expected and accomodate a challenging customer with flying colours.

We have worked with Hi Spec flooring for a number of years, and following the recently completed carpeting works at Wilkins Kennedy offices at London Bridge, we would once again like to thank the team for their positive attitude and commitment on this 25K out of hours project.
